About the Role:

We seek a Staff Software Engineer - Data Platform to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our Data & Analytics organization, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining frameworks, tools, and data products that drive business success across our ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and build high-volume data pipelines and systems that meet the needs of our global operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand changing requirements and incorporate them into our roadmap.

  • Drive the vision for our big data platform, leveraging your expertise in distributed systems, algorithms, and data structures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or information technology.

  • 8+ years of experience working with data systems and microservices, preferably in a hybrid environment.

  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code, data lake management, AI/ML, and analytics is highly desirable.

  • Solid knowledge in cloud platforms, such as AWS, with expertise in S3, EC2, IAM, Security, Lambda, Networking, etc.

  • Excellent collaboration and diplomacy skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
