School Therapist

We are seeking candidates for the position of School Therapist to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to address emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges effectively.

1. Individual and Group Counseling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one and group counseling to address personal, academic, or social challenges, promote peer support, and foster healthy relationships.
2. Incident Response: Offer immediate support and counseling during crises, handle grief counseling, and assist students in coping with personal issues.
3. Collaboration with Teachers: Identify students with academic challenges, develop intervention plans, provide guidance on study skills and goal setting, and enhance academic performance.
4. Social Education Programs: Develop and implement workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.
5. Assessment and Behavior Modification: Observe and assess students' behaviors, develop behavior modification plans, and collaborate with teachers and external stakeholders where necessary.
6. Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain confidential counseling records, document counseling sessions, and program details.

• Relevant degree in Counseling or Psychology.
• Proven knowledge of counseling techniques and conflict resolution methods.
