Clinical Laboratory Technician

In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional laboratory services. Your primary responsibility will be to collect blood samples from patients, either in our facilities or at their homes, using precision and care.
Duties and Responsibilities- Gather information from patients to ensure correct sample collection.
- Perform accurate vein puncture procedures to collect blood samples.
- Label sample containers correctly to prevent mix-ups.
- Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Explain phlebotomy procedures to patients, promoting clear understanding.
- Visit patients' homes to collect samples.
- Secondary school diploma, preferably an intermediate degree.
- A reliable motorcycle for home visits.
- Relevant experience in adult and pediatric venipuncture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of phlebotomy procedures and collection containers.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts.
