Site Relationship Manager – Housing Project

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Relationship Manager to join our housing project team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to completion.

As a Site Relationship Manager, you will work closely with the sales and head office teams to ensure that all client needs are met, and any issues are resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and manage walk-in clients at the housing project site.
  • Give project tours, explain location benefits, and build trust.
  • Provide accurate information about pricing, plots, availability, and booking process.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly environment at the site.
  • Coordinate with the sales and head office team for updates and follow-ups.
  • Keep daily records of visitors and customer feedback.
  • Assist in managing small events or site visits by dealers or investors.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of client-facing or sales-related experience (real estate preferred).
  • Good communication skills in Urdu (basic English is a plus).
  • Confident personality with a customer-first mindset.
  • Willing to stay full-time at the project site (accommodation provided).
  • Basic knowledge of real estate process or housing project dealings.
