Job Description:

The Manufacturing Operations Lead is responsible for planning and coordinating the production activities to meet demand and material availability. This involves managing production schedules, overseeing manufacturing operations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure production plans are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules based on demand and material availability.
  • Manage production activities, including supervising personnel and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Engineering departments to ensure production plans are aligned with company goals.
Documentation and Compliance:

The Manufacturing Operations Lead is responsible for drafting, revising, and controlling ISO documentation in the production department. This includes developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Audits and Compliance:

The role requires coordination of external visitors and conduct of internal and external audits to ensure compliance with cGMP and ISO regulations.
