This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, particularly in relation to HR benchmarking and doubtful debts benchmarking. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the HR Department and Payroll section to develop financial projections of HR Cost and Physical numbers.

Your ability to lead a team and make strategic decisions will be critical in driving business growth and profitability. You will work closely with the Legal Department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and resolve any disputes that may arise.
