Role Overview:

As a key contributor to our podcasting and webinar initiatives, we seek an experienced Podcast Host/Producer to spearhead the development of engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This role demands a unique blend of passion, creativity, and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation: Conceptualize and produce high-quality podcast episodes and webinars that showcase our thought leadership in blockchain, AI, and emerging tech trends.
  2. Guest Management: Identify and collaborate with industry experts and innovators to create compelling narratives and discussions that captivate our audience.
  3. Production Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end production process, including recording, editing, and distribution of podcast and webinar content.
  4. Platform Utilization: Leverage various platforms to stream webinars and podcasts, ensuring seamless and professional experiences for both guests and attendees.
  5. Feedback Analysis: Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to refine and enhance content strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Podcast Host/Producer or in a similar role requiring public speaking and content production expertise.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective presentation of information in an informative, entertaining, and engaging manner.
  • In-depth understanding of the tech industry, particularly in areas such as blockchain and AI, allowing discussion of these topics knowledgeably and compellingly.
  • Technical proficiency with podcasting equipment, audio editing software, and webinar hosting tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to coordinate schedules and manage content calendars effectively.
