About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator who specializes in crafting engaging short-form videos for social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to transform raw footage into high-quality, visually appealing content that captures audience attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit and produce high-converting short videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Add dynamic captions, transitions, effects, and sound design to boost viewer retention.
  • Optimize videos for social media algorithms, ensuring they are hook-driven and engaging within the first 3 seconds.
  • Work with provided branding elements to maintain consistency.
  • Suggest creative concepts and editing styles that align with AI-powered marketing strategies.
  • Deliver projects quickly while maintaining high production standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience editing short-form content (portfolio required).
  • Strong skills in video editing software, such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and pacing.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
