Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill this key role in our organization. This is a remote position where you will play a crucial part in managing customer interactions, converting leads, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Management:
    1. Respond to leads through WhatsApp, prioritizing conversions into customers.
    2. Upsell products such as on-site repair services, screen protectors, and phone covers.
  2. Customer Service:
    1. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
    2. Schedule repair services and appointments with our technicians.
  3. Vendor and Quotation Management:
    1. Obtain pricing details from vendors as needed.
    2. Create accurate quotations and invoices for clients.
  4. Sales Pipeline Updates:
    1. Regularly update the Sales Pipeline Sheet to track customer progress.
  5. Marketing:
    1. Conduct targeted WhatsApp marketing campaigns based on the Sales Pipeline Sheet.


Requirements:
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  3. Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
  4. Organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities.
  5. Basic proficiency in creating quotations and managing spreadsheets.
