Responsibilities
  • Growing and leading a highly-collaborative engineering team to achieve higher standards of performance and product quality.
  • Developing and shepherding complex cloud engineering projects to support operations and development of business logic, middleware, edge, and API solutions.
  • Introducing and improving processes for team performance and quality-of-life.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design idiomatic, feature-rich, and operationally sustainable software solutions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in infrastructure or network engineering, with 2+ years in a people management or team lead role.
  • A passion for leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers.
  • Interest in distributed systems design and implementation at scale or in the cloud.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with end-to-end quality best practices and their implementation.
