Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the product and package quality meets organizational standards by maintaining quality-related records.
  • Manage daily quality reports from quality control staff, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Develop and update the corrective actions plan following quality audits.
  • Implement date code policies, maintain retention samples, and ensure relevant records are kept.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of quality and food safety systems during production.
  • Verify compliance with established safety and environmental procedures and specifications.
  • In case of nonconformities, notify authorities, halt production if necessary, take required actions, and document them.
  • Monitor syrup, sugar, and concentrate efficiencies daily and during production.
  • Oversee Syrup Room and Water Treatment Operations.
  • Maintain cleaning and sanitation according to company standards.
  • Ensure container inspection procedures align with company requirements.
  • Verify empty receiving from markets adheres to company protocols.
  • Check calibrated devices in intermix devices function properly, engage cooling systems, adjust level control devices, and monitor post-mix activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
