Job Description

A highly skilled Compliance Expert is sought to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

The ideal candidate will ensure that quality, business continuity, environmental, health and safety processes are in compliance with ISO 9001, 22301, 14001, and 45001 standards, as well as other applicable regulations. This includes developing and refining policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with ISO standards to guarantee compliance and efficiency in operations.

This role involves analyzing data to identify trends, evaluating the effectiveness of IMS, and driving continuous improvement by establishing and maintaining systems for monitoring and measuring the performance of Integrated Management System.

The successful candidate will also communicate and ensure adherence to all the ISO standards and integrated management system across the organization. Implementing corrective and preventive actions and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to regulatory authorities are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 9001, 22301, 14001, and 45001 standards
  • Develop and refine policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with ISO standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with quality, continuity, environment, and occupational health and safety
  • Communicate and ensure adherence to ISO standards and integrated management system
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions and report to regulatory authorities
  • Establish and maintain systems for monitoring and measuring the performance of IMS
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in ISO standards are highly preferred
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in implementing and managing QMS, preferably across ISO 9001, 22301, 14001, and 45001 standards
  • Expertise in interpreting ISO standards and their practical application within diverse organizational contexts
  • Proven track record in conducting internal and external audits, and managing certification processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and drive improvements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
