This role is responsible for all stages and types of IT initiatives, from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proactive interface between internal customers and technical/programming staff to ensure effective definition and delivery of business applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and deliver effective business applications.
  2. Define and document complex business requirements and processes.
  3. Lead design sessions and review sessions with technical and business staff.
  4. Review and assess vendor proposals.
  5. Manage multiple, parallel projects using formal project planning techniques.
  6. Direct the activities of on-site and off-site consultants.
  7. Oversee application design through various life-cycle stages.
  8. Establish and maintain customer relationships.
