Clinical Nurse Coordinator Role

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating corporate activities and ensuring the medical process of corporate clients is completed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate corporate events

• Complete medical processes for corporate clients

• Maintain a database of corporate clients

• Plan, execute, and document employee health programs and wellness initiatives

• Ensure completion of required vaccinations and maintain records accurately

• Facilitate employees with on-the-job injuries effectively

Requirements

To be successful in this position, applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution

• Minimum three years of nursing experience

• Valid licensure from the relevant nursing council

• Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, and Intravenous Cannulation

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety protocols

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work flexible shifts
