  • Deputy Manager Admin And IR
Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate records of assets movements and ensure proper accounting.
  2. Coordinate events and seminars within or outside the premises.
  3. Responsible for maintaining departmental records.
  4. Ensure adherence to admin policies and procedures within the department and by relevant authorities.
  5. Process all admin material purchases via PO process.
  6. Coordinate with external vendors and assist in formulating deeds, contracts, and agreements.
  7. Ensure timely payment of dues, bills, rents, and government charges.
  8. Maintain liaison and coordinate with government departments.
  9. Perform duties on behalf of manager admin & security in case of absence.
  10. Assist with other tasks assigned by head of admin.
  11. Supervise and assist with housekeeping, transport, canteen, and other administrative affairs.
  12. Ensure timely submission and processing of bills and invoices.
  13. Advise assistant managers and subordinate staff in routine tasks.
Job Specification

This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure timely recruitment of positions through contractors, compliance with labor laws, and effective management of contractor labor salaries and overtime.

  1. Recruit budgeted positions through 3rd Party Contractors.
  2. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements of various labor rules and regulations.
  3. Supervise and ensure timely disbursement of contractor labor salaries, wages, and overtime.
  4. Coordinate with manager admin to handle non-management employee's grievance matters.
  5. Establish relations with statutory bodies and ensure successful compliance of statutory audits.
  6. Seek advice from Company legal advisor as required.
