Job Title: AI Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled AI automation specialist to join our team and help us streamline processes across various departments.

The ideal candidate will have experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and custom-built LLM integrations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Audit and Automate: Identify opportunities for automation in existing internal workflows across departments.
  • Design and Build: Create end-to-end automation pipelines using tools like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom scripts.
  • Integrate and Connect: Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, etc., and connect AI services into automated flows.
  • Monitor and Maintain: Handle data parsing, storage, and transformation for structured outputs (CSV, JSON, spreadsheets) and monitor, debug, and maintain running automations with alerts and logging.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
  • Understanding: Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows between SaaS tools.
  • Integration: Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI, LangChain, OCR APIs, Whisper, etc.) into workflows.
  • Scripting: Comfortable writing basic scripts (Python, JS, Bash) for custom logic inside automation platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent process-mapping and problem-solving skills.
