Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational activities of our financial services business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, contributing to the development of operational strategies, and implementing policies and procedures to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Manage and train a team of operations staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Identify and address operational risks and implement risk mitigation measures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
