Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Virtual E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team and support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Amazon Seller Central account, product listings, inventory management, and order processing.

This role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Experience with Amazon Seller Central tools, inventory management, and FBA is essential. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  2. Optimize product listings by conducting keyword research and creating high-quality images and compelling descriptions.
  3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews.
  4. Assist with Amazon advertising campaigns, including PPC analysis and optimization.
  5. Perform market research to identify trends and new product opportunities.
  6. Track and report sales performance and assist in improving conversion rates.
  7. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
  8. Handle administrative tasks, including email management and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  2. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central tools, inventory management, and FBA.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  6. Basic knowledge of keyword research and product listing optimization.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  8. Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer service issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with Amazon FBA, third-party software, Jungle Scout, Helium 10, and e-commerce platforms like Etsy and eBay.
  2. Knowledge of Amazon SEO and A+ Content creation.
  3. Previous experience in social media management and content creation.
