About the Role

This position demands strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for empowering others. You will work cross-functionally to align candidate profiles with client expectations and deliver personalized coaching, directly contributing to our candidates' success, clients' satisfaction, and our global talent ecosystem's growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess candidates' experience, skills, and credentials to match them with suitable client opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure talent mapping aligns with evolving client requirements.
  • Lead mock interviews to improve candidate presentation and preparedness.
  • Facilitate smooth coordination of interviews, timelines, and client communications between candidates and commercial teams.
  • Integrate commercial team feedback into enablement strategies and refine processes to meet client demands.
QualificationsProfessional Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in client enablement, recruitment, corporate coaching, communication, or a related field.
  • Background in customer success, talent matching, or end-to-end recruitment processes is strongly preferred.
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
