We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of employee profiles, coordinating with hiring managers, and implementing a streamlined recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, applicants, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, advertisements, and online listings.
  • Evaluation of qualifications, conducting interviews, and coordinating pre-employment tests for potential candidates.
  • Presentation of shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordination of interview processes.
  • Management of candidate results, provision of feedback, and ensuring smooth onboarding procedures.
Proactive Sourcing and Networking:
  1. Strategic use of social media platforms to build and maintain a network of contacts, recruiters, and candidates.
  2. Analysis of recruitment data, tracking applicant flow, and maintenance of a pipeline of qualified professionals.
  3. Professional representation of the organization to attract top talent.
  4. Development of an international network of recruiters and candidates.
Requirements:

MBA degree holder in Human Resources from a reputable university.

Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in recruitment or HR.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
