We are seeking a highly skilled Software Lead Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading software engineering projects and teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Job Description:

This is a leadership position that requires a strong technical background in software engineering, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams and will be able to drive project deliverables while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development methodologies and will be able to lead agile teams to deliver complex software projects. Experience with DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), is also highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or PhD with 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and Jenkins, with experience working with CI/CD pipelines for embedded Linux development.
  • Working knowledge of databases, including experience with Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, Debian, and custom embedded Linux builds.
  • Familiarity with systemd, device tree, cross-compilation, and real-time patches.
  • Experience with Docker and containers on embedded platforms.
