Job Description:
Mission-critical manufacturing operations require effective planning and execution. We are seeking a skilled Operations Management Specialist to lead our production team in ensuring seamless manufacturing processes.

Schedule Planning:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing weekly and monthly manufacturing schedules based on demand and material availability. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Engineering departments, to meet production targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
This role encompasses the following key responsibilities:
  • Manage production activities in the absence of the Production Manager.
  • Oversee manufacturing operations for various product categories, including solids, liquids, creams, and capsules.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Documentation and Compliance:
The Operations Management Specialist will be responsible for drafting, revising, and controlling ISO documentation (SOPs) within the production department as Deputy Management Representative. This includes maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Audits and Compliance:
The specialist will coordinate external visitors and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with cGMP and ISO regulations. This involves maintaining confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
