We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to end-users and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support:
  1. Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, in-person, or remotely.
  2. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  3. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance:
  1. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware peripherals.
  2. Manage software installations, updates, and patches to ensure all systems are up-to-date and secure.
  3. Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
  • User Account Management:
  1. Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  2. Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including setting up new user accounts and decommissioning old ones.
  • Network Support:
  1. Assist with network configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  2. Work closely with the network team to ensure a secure and efficient network environment.
  • Documentation and Training:
  1. Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and issue resolutions.
  2. Provide training to end-users on IT-related topics and best practices.
  • Customer Service:
  1. Deliver excellent customer service by responding to and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.
  2. Communicate effectively with end-users to understand and address their needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an enterprise IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other IT management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
