The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead valuation and financial analyses by applying various valuation theories and approaches.

This role requires experience in cultivating and managing client relationships, as well as strong people management skills.

You will expand existing client relationships through business development activities. Depending on the needs of other sub-service lines within our practice, you may be required to work with them occasionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Valuation and financial analyses using various valuation theories and approaches.
  • Cultivating and managing client relationships.
  • People management and team leadership.
  • Business development and expanding client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance or a similar field (CFA qualification is an asset).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performing valuations in a consulting environment, including working independently with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in cultivating and managing client relationships.
  • Ability to synthesise client information and understand key business drivers.
  • Demonstrated people management skills.
  • Strong computer and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
