**Technical Engineering Manager Job Summary**

Bluestack Cloud is seeking a Technical Engineering Manager to oversee and improve end-to-end software delivery across multiple technologies. This leader will utilize agile project management methodologies to meet project requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Sprint planning, daily standups, interaction with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders as needed to resolve blockers and ensure project success.
  3. Maintain a high-quality environment through adherence to quality system documentation.
  4. Continuously seek improvements and efficiencies in work approaches and create dashboards to demonstrate opportunities for improvement.
  5. Provide proactive resolutions to developing problems, including modifications that may result in permanent fixes.
  6. Oversee and/or undertake system integration using diverse toolsets.
  7. Contribute to decisions about tools, methods, and approaches.
  8. Manage project workspaces in Jira and Confluence.
Requirements:
  1. Experience developing high-traffic mobile or web solutions with aggressive timelines.
  2. Manage teams delivering large-scale enterprise solutions (data services, responsive web, mobile projects, connected devices, etc).
  3. Hands-on technical delivery experience, with former developers preferred.
  4. Deep understanding of digital technologies used to develop real-time web sites and mobile applications, including Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON file transforms and handling.
  5. Translate business requirements to technical requirements and system architecture.
  6. Skilled at leading development teams, mentoring, and coaching across roles.
  7. Proficient in inspiring confidence within an engineering team.
  8. Extensive experience with Atlassian Suite or other software development tools.
  9. Excellent client management skills.
  10. Excellent communication skills.
