Role Overview

We are seeking skilled and compassionate nurses to join our healthcare team at one of our Off-Campus Hospitals. As a clinical nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council and certification in Basic Life Support, ACLS, PALS, NRP provider, Safe Medication Administration, and Intravenous Cannulation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate safe handling and proper use of equipment/supplies
  • Provide high-quality personalized planned holistic nursing care to all assigned patients
  • Administer medication safely and monitor patient responses
  • Counsel and educate patients on health behaviors
  • Demonstrate efficiency in using electronic monitoring equipment
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN)
  • Six months of work experience preferred
  • Valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
  • Certification in Basic Life Support, ACLS, PALS, NRP provider, Safe Medication Administration, and Intravenous Cannulation
  • Ability to assess, plan, and manage patient care with expertise as per protocols
  • Willingsness to work with shifts
