We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee financial and operational integrity across our hospitality properties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough audits, assessing risks, and ensuring adherence to financial and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement audit strategies to ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
- Conduct regular financial and operational audits to guarantee accuracy and transparency.
- Identify risks and recommend improvements to minimize exposure to financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Collaborate with management to ensure audit findings are addressed and corrective actions are implemented.
- Evaluate and enhance hospitality operations to ensure alignment with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on audit findings to drive efficiency and financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the audit team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Full-time Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or CFA with 8+ years of experience in auditing, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in risk management, internal control assessment, and process improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence senior management.
