The successful candidate will work with children and women in crisis situations, providing emotional support and guidance, and connecting them with essential resources and services.

Key Tasks
  • Client Engagement: Provide emotional support and guidance to clients in need, ensuring they receive necessary aid and referrals.
  • Service Provision: Ensure clients receive the assistance they require by referring them to suitable sources of help.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster relationships with referral partners, promoting mutual understanding and cooperation.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including key data points and program evaluations.
  • Program Evaluation: Analyze and assess program effectiveness, ensuring objectives are met and targets achieved.
  • Team Participation: Participate in project activities, including capacity building trainings and seminars, and supervise staff members in implementing program tasks.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Degree in Social Sciences or Law.
  • Experience: Proven experience working on children and women's issues.
  • Leadership Skills: Dynamic personality with ability to lead a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Good knowledge of the development sector and familiarity with new trends.
