Healthcare Professional: Obstetrics and Gynaecology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our team as an obstetrician and gynaecologist. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
About the Role- Supervise inpatient and outpatient areas with senior colleagues
- Perform daily rounds, formulate treatment plans, and expedite discharges
- Develop quality-based systems and teach undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Formulate quality initiatives and contribute to patient complaint reviews
- Participate in performance improvement activities and root cause analysis
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological care to patients
- Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Mentoring and educating junior staff members
- Contributing to the development of clinical policies and guidelines
- Engaging in research and academic activities
- MBBS degree and valid medical license
- Completed structured postgraduate training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from a reputable institution
- Excellent interpersonal, teaching, and procedural skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently
