Social Media & Community Growth StrategistJob Overview
  • Lead and scale our global Creator Program (currently 450+ creators from all over the world).
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead growth strategies across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Discord.
  • Manage a social calendar aligned with product updates, community trends, and cultural moments.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in creator partnerships, community building, or social media strategy.
  • Proven experience leading creator programs or ambassador communities.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, especially Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Discord.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong creative sense — understands internet culture, trends, and brand voice.
  • Bonus: Experience in GenAI, digital art, or design tools.
