Job Title: Operations Director

As a seasoned Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end web and mobile app development projects. This includes coordinating with designers and developers to ensure timely delivery, communicating with clients to gather requirements and provide regular project updates, creating and managing project plans, timelines, and documentation, monitoring project performance and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and identifying risks and resolving issues proactively.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, as well as 2–4 years of proven experience as an Operations Director in a software house/IT company. They should have strong knowledge of the web and mobile app development lifecycle, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is highly beneficial. The successful candidate will be able to motivate and lead cross-functional teams, make strategic decisions, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing project strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Managing project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks to minimize downtime
  • Providing regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience as an Operations Director in a software house/IT company
  • Strong knowledge of the web and mobile app development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
