Job Summary

The Assistant Brand Manager plays a crucial role in driving brand growth and innovation. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining brand equity, leading annual and long-term marketing strategies, and managing category marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain brand equity by spearheading annual and long-term marketing innovation, strategic planning, brand plans, and IMC plans.
  • Manage and develop category marketing strategy (and contribute to overall brand strategy) to play a part in market growth including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition.
  • Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver 360° marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze customer and market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Create and deliver category-specific marketing strategies for each product/launch that includes Creative, Digital, PR, ATL/BTL, TVC/DVC, and any other relevant elements.
  • Frequently and seamlessly communicate and collaborate with all marketing, creative, sales, planning, product, and retail functions and key stakeholders to build and execute 360° campaigns/strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets, analyze marketing and relevant financial reporting, and measure campaigns/strategies to report ROI.

  • A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Consistent driver of change, willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptive, efficient, well organized & collaborative.
