Job Title: Senior Business Continuity Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Continuity Manager to lead our Business Continuity Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business continuity planning, crisis management and organizational resilience strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) that meet the highest standards of ISO 22301. They will lead projects, engage stakeholders and ensure continuity capabilities across business and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Business Continuity Management Team to design and implement BCMS frameworks aligned with ISO 22301 standards.
  • Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to assess critical business functions and dependencies.
  • Develop business continuity plans (BCP), disaster recovery (DR) strategies and response procedures.
  • Conduct BCMS risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support organizations during BCMS certification audits and regulatory assessments.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to clients on BCMS best practices.
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of BCMS tools.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or IT-related field.
  • ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor certification.
  • CBCP certification is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in BCMS consulting or related roles.
  • Practical experience in ISO 22301 implementation, BIA, DR planning and BCMS assessments.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT and NIST.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Experience in conducting internal and external audits related to BCMS.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, report writing and project management skills.
