Administrative Operations Manager

Frontier Telecom is seeking a highly experienced leader to fill the role of Administrative Operations Manager.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and staff management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in command of troops and interaction with senior officers.
This position requires excellent knowledge of administration, staff management, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day employees' roster at Frontier Telecom, as well as acting as a team leader for the office and ground crews.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to run a group of crew leaders and liaise with personnel regarding job assignments and procurement.
Beyond these responsibilities, the Administrative Operations Manager will be expected to communicate effectively with staff and senior management, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of tasks.
Key Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience in command of troops and interaction with senior officers.
- Excellent knowledge of administration and staff management.
- Computer literate for daily communication and reporting.
- Good communication skills and ability to speak multiple languages.
