Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Inventory Manager to oversee the procurement and maintenance of raw materials for martial arts uniforms and boxing equipment. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely delivery of high-quality goods to our production department while maintaining accurate stock records.

The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of materials such as cotton fabric, polycotton, PU/PVC leather, foam, Velcro, and elastic, and should be proficient in utilizing ERP software for inventory control.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing raw materials inventory
• Ensuring timely supply of quality materials
• Maintaining accurate stock records
• Performing regular stock counts and audits
• Coordinating with procurement and production teams

Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management

In-depth knowledge of raw materials used in martial arts uniforms and boxing equipment

Proficient in using ERP software for inventory and stock management

Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling

Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO inventory methods

Basic computer skills (Excel, email, inventory systems)

Good communication and coordination with procurement and production teams

Knowledge of warehouse safety and material handling protocols
