Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a robust blog/content calendar and ensure consistent publishing across key channels
  • Edit and enhance existing content to align with brand voice and performance goals

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Optimize website and blog content for on-page SEO, including metadata, headers, schema, and internal links
  • Collaborate with the web team to implement SEO improvements and track site health
  • Utilize tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog for audits and tracking

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor website and content performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console
  • Analyze user behavior, bounce rates, conversions, and traffic sources
  • Present monthly performance reports with clear takeaways and optimization recommendations

Social Media & Digital Execution

  • Develop and execute daily and weekly posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Compose and design social content using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
  • Schedule and publish content using tools like Sprout Social or Meta Business Suite
  • Engage with followers and respond to messages in a timely manner

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, especially in B2B or services/SaaS sectors
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a professional tone
  • Experience with publishing tools and basic project management practices
