Job Overview:
We seek a talented Full Stack Web Developer with expertise in the MERN stack to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in developing efficient, scalable, and maintainable web applications using Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
  2. Collaborate with our cross-functional team to ensure seamless and high-quality end-to-end development.
  3. Analyze user requirements and convert them into code.
  4. Debug applications for optimal performance.
  5. Write clean, maintainable code that is easy to understand and follow.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in MERN stack development.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
  3. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git.
  4. Strong knowledge of web development fundamentals such as REST APIs, security, and database schemas.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  7. Capacity to handle multiple projects and deliver results in a timely manner.
  8. Experience with agile methodologies and adaptability to changing requirements.
  9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Familiarity with AI, ML, and Data Analysis software development.
  11. Understanding of containerization and cloud technologies.
