**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a skilled recruiter/transcriber with at least 2 years' experience in transcription and some experience in recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Source, onboard, and manage a team of translators with various skills, including written translation, voiceover, and transcription.
- Utilize market research to identify potential vendors and onboard them into our database.
- Perform transcription work as required, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Possess exceptional listening abilities, with the capacity to accurately interpret spoken content.
- Demonstrate fast and accurate typing skills, with a focus on precision and speed.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of English language nuances, including formal and colloquial expressions, grammar, and punctuation.
- Show expertise in formatting text to meet client-specific requirements.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Display proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools, with a focus on workflow optimization.
- Utilize time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Employ meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the job.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable.
