Paid Advertising and Email Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Paid Advertising and Email Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective paid advertising and email marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Create and manage automated email marketing campaigns on Mailchimp.
  • Contribute to our social media marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional client service through transparent reporting, regular communication, and consistent results.
  • Collaborate with our internal design team to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation or a similar role, preferably in a service-based agency.
  • Advanced proficiency in setting up and managing automated email workflows (Mailchimp preferred).
  • Experienced in Meta & Google Ads—with a strong understanding of metrics, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you build trust and maintain happy clients.
  • A creative and analytical approach—you develop innovative campaign ideas backed by data.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with design and marketing teams.
