
Account Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Professional to drive business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key account stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for major e-commerce accounts, developing and executing tailored sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize the potential of each key account.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage sales performance, including sales volume, revenue, and profitability, to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to optimize pricing and promotional strategies.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings to ensure they meet platform requirements and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in key account management or e-commerce sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their operational processes.
- Solid knowledge of FMCG products, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and e-commerce tools (Google Analytics, Seller Central, etc.).
