Looking for a seasoned professional to lead our maintenance planning efforts? We are seeking a skilled Planning Manager to join our team.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and at least 6 years of experience in modern dry process cement plant maintenance planning. They will be responsible for managing and supervising a centralized maintenance team, developing and executing technical training plans, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage distribution of manpower in areas according to plant requirements
  • Develop and manage maintenance schedules, focusing on preventive, predictive and corrective actions
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
  • Well versed with Oracle based maintenance tools
  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft office
Requirements
  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 6 years of experience in modern dry process cement plant maintenance planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
