Job Description

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to drive success in our marketing initiatives.

This critical role plays a key part in the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with sales teams to develop scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical System Management: Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems, including marketing automation and CRM software.
  • Process Development: Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Marketing Metric Reporting: Own marketing metric reporting and maintain reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  • Data Quality: Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
  • Program Evaluation: Follow marketing programs through to completion by monitoring follow-up of leads and completing post-program ROI analysis.
  • Sales Team Coordination: Engage proactively with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing programs.
  • Project Management: Coordinate website updates and project timelines as needed.
  • Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including mastery of Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • System Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing automation systems, such as HubSpot, and integrating those systems with other technologies.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Capability: Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
