Senior Product Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing mobile and web products while collaborating closely with other teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design mobile and web products while collaborating closely with other teams.
  • Define short and long-term design opportunities, ideate new product features, and identify key opportunities to meet user and business needs.
  • Use research and data to inform and implement solutions, iterate on designs, and perform metrics analysis post-launch to optimize the user experience.
  • Develop strategic insights and strategies that guide the development of user experience (UX), while incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design.
  • Quickly create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for both web and mobile, and collaborate cross-functionally to create innovative features that meet both business and technical needs.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience designing mobile and web-based products.
  • Proven ability to lead and launch end-to-end product features, execute on product design strategy, and partner effectively with cross-functional team members to build world-class product experiences.
  • High proficiency in Figma, with strong knowledge of Design Systems and Variables and foundational understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems, utilizing data and research to inform decisions and develop features and product experiments that align with business capabilities.
