The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably from a tech company operating in supply chain, logistics, ride-hailing, e-commerce or professional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute and oversee all digital marketing campaigns for acquisition and retention performance.
  • Funnel Analysis: Provide detailed analysis of digital marketing funnels to identify drops and areas for improvement.
  • Marketing Communications Calendar: Create a calendar for seamless execution and transparency.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets for quarterly campaign spending and anticipated performance.
  • Content Creation and Strategy: Guide content creation to maximize traction in targeted industries.
  • Agency Coordination: Coordinate with agencies to deliver content on time and meet expectations.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate reports on digital marketing performance across multiple channels.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize report insights in future campaign planning and optimization.

  • Cost Per Acquired Customer: Reduce cost per acquired customer through efficient campaign execution.
  • Retention Rates: Achieve retention rates of 65% or higher through effective marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Performance and Quality: Continuously improve campaign performance and content quality through data-driven decision making.

  • Transparent Reporting: Share clear reports on campaign performance for informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Online courses/certifications in Digital Marketing and SEO are highly desirable.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience at fast-growing startups or companies is preferred.
