We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. This is a client-facing role working directly with global enterprise clients, requiring strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise, the ability to understand complex architectures, and the capability to break down requirements for a development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Vue.js/Angular.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, break down requirements into development tasks, and lead feature implementation.
  • Design and optimize RESTful APIs, system architectures, and database schemas.
  • Take ownership of modules/components ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Engage in code reviews, write clean, maintainable code, and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
  • Work closely with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in technical decision-making.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, support CI/CD pipelines, and help troubleshoot production issues.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of full-stack development experience including at least 3+ years with Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA).
  • Strong experience in frontend technologies such as Vue.js, Angular, or React.js.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, microservices architecture, and modern SDLC.
  • Familiar with MySQL and other relational databases; proficiency in SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
  • Ability to understand and contribute to high-level architectural designs.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments and with remote clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
