Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant - Accounting Department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing medical visit details from electronic medical records software, submitting medical bills/claims electronically to insurance companies, and following up on sent medical bills/claims electronically.

About the Job
  • This is a training opportunity for candidates who have completed B.Com, BBA, B.Sc (Mathematics/Statistics), or MBA.
  • The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training to develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collect medical visit details from electronic medical records software.
  • Submit medical bills/claims electronically to insurance companies.
  • Follow up on sent medical bills/claims electronically.
  • Communicate with clients daily to address issues.
  • Post received payments from insurance companies to our database.
  • Compile and submit reports to clients on a regular basis.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, payroll, audits, accounting, and taxes.
  • Participate in staff training sessions and professional development opportunities.
Requirements

Education: Completed B.Com, BBA, B.Sc (Mathematics/Statistics), or MBA degree.

Experience: Not required, but training will be provided.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and basic web browsing.

Language: Spoken/written English proficiency is essential.

Work Details

Location: Our office.

Timings: Full-time position, working hours: 08:00 PM to 04:00 AM.

Term of Agreement: 1 year contract.

Compensation

Salary: Rs. 20,000.00 - Rs. 25,000.00 per month, depending on experience.
