Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Collector to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for collecting payments from clients in a timely and professional manner.

Your primary objective will be to follow up with clients regarding due payments through various communication channels, including emails, telephone calls, and visits. You will also need to inform clients about impending payment deadlines and ensure that they make timely payments.

Achieving monthly and yearly collection targets is crucial to your success in this role. To accomplish this, you will need to maintain accurate records, perform ledger reconciliations as needed, and visit clients to discuss any disputes or issues related to payments.

In addition to individual responsibilities, you will also supervise regional receivable executives to ensure timely payments and meet their collection targets. This requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong personality and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum graduation in accounts with at least one year of experience
