We're looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to collaborate with our senior developers in crafting scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement high-performance web applications in tandem with senior developers, utilizing Agile methodologies and Version Control Systems like Git.
  2. Leverage Node.js and Express.js to develop server-side applications that adhere to best practices and maintain high performance standards.
  3. Maintain and optimize databases using MongoDB or other relevant technologies, ensuring seamless data integration and retrieval.
  4. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry standards and following established coding conventions.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high performance and security standards are met.
  6. Prioritize knowledge sharing, engage in regular code reviews, and foster open communication within the team.
  7. Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in full stack development, embracing continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, preferably from an accredited institution.
  2. A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in full stack development using the MERN stack or similar technologies, with a proven track record of delivering quality projects.
  3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of data structures, databases (SQL or NoSQL), and object-oriented programming concepts, showcasing expertise in software design patterns.
  4. Showcase proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs, highlighting skills in API design and implementation.
  5. Exhibit familiarity with Agile development methodologies, Scrum framework, and Version Control Systems like Git, emphasizing collaboration and teamwork.
  6. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and effective communication skills, showcasing adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
