About the RoleWe are seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth and expansion for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop leads and identify potential clients via platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online channels
- Maintain end-to-end sales processes from initial contact to deal closure
- Nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and service presentations
- Understand client requirements and align business strategies accordingly
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, outreach, and closures
- 1–3 years of proven experience in business development or IT sales
- Proficiency in lead generation and client handling on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
