As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic solutions. You must be well-versed in tracking pixels, tags, and scripts commonly used for web analytics, conversion tracking, and retargeting. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement pixel tracking strategies
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance conversion rates
  • Design and optimize landing pages using platforms like Go High Level, ClickFunnels, Unbounce, or similar tools
  • Conduct A/B testing and analysis within GHL campaigns
  • Manage GCLID integration in GHL campaigns
  • Lead the implementation of CRM platforms like WordPress or HubSpot
  • Execute API integrations with GHL
  • Develop and manage automation workflows within GHL

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of five years of experience as a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, preferably in performance advertising (Google and YouTube)
  • Digital marketing agency experience
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure
  • A calm and composed approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills
  • Impeccable command of the English language
  • A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
